Green Care Everywhere is a nurse practitioner–led telehealth practice serving adults across Ohio. We provide safe, conservative virtual care for acute medical concerns, metabolic health optimization, and ongoing medical support.
Green Care Everywhere provides virtual care for adults 18 years and older who are physically located in Ohio at the time of their visit.

Cash-Based Practice
Green Care Everywhere is a cash-based telehealth practice, which means payment is due at the time of service and we do not bill insurance on your behalf. We accept major debit/credit cards and HSA/FSA cards for eligible services. We do not participate with or bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance plans, and we are unable to see Medicare beneficiaries through this practice at this time. Patients do have the option to submit invoices to their insurance for reimbursement and can also use their private insurance for medication and lab work coverage.
