How It Works & Patient Portal
Here is what to expect when you schedule a visit with Green Care Everywhere and how to use our secure patient portal to get ready for your telehealth appointment
01
Book your visit
Use our online booking to choose the visit type that best fits your needs and a time that works for you. You will see clear, upfront pricing before you confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and an SMS text (if you opt in to text messaging) after you book your appointment.
02
Complete your intake forms
After booking, you will receive an email invitation to our secure Carepatron patient portal. Please create your account and complete your intake and telehealth consent forms before your appointment time. This allows us to review your information and focus on you during the visit instead of paperwork.
03
Join your secure video visit
At your appointment time, log in to the patient portal or click the visit link from your email or text reminder. Find a quiet, private space and join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
We will review your concerns, discuss next steps, and arrange any needed labs, imaging, or follow-up.
Accessing Your Patient Portal
After you schedule, you will receive an email from our telehealth system (Carepatron) inviting you to set up your patient portal.
From the portal, you can:
• Complete intake and consent forms
• Update your contact information
• Join your telehealth video visits
• View visit-related documents that we share with you
You can access your portal from our website via the Patient Portal button or by using the direct portal link provided in your email. Patients may also use the Carepatron mobile app via the App Store or Google Play and log in with the same email they used to book.

Technical & Safety Reminders
For the best experience:
• Join a few minutes early to test your audio and video.
• Use a quiet, private space with good lighting.
• Connect to Wi-Fi when possible for a stable connection.
Telehealth visits are for non-emergency care only. If you develop emergency symptoms at any point—such as chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe pain, heavy bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm—do not use telehealth. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
